This update focuses on improving reliability in volunteer scheduling, attendance setup, and SMS settings. Several issues that could cause confusion or failed actions have now been resolved.

Improvements & Fixes​

Volunteer Scheduling — Blackout Dates​

Volunteers can now add blackout dates so they will not be scheduled on days they are unavailable.

This makes schedules more accurate and helps prevent last-minute sub requests.

Volunteer Scheduling — Schedule Export​

Fixed an issue where large schedule exports could fail or time out.

Schedules now export reliably regardless of size.

SMS Settings​

Previously, users could enable SMS notifications even if their church did not have SMS service activated.

ChurchNET now checks whether SMS is enabled for your church and will display a message directing you to contact support if SMS has not been set up.

Attendance — Service Name Required​

A church service now requires a name when it is created.

This prevents attendance tracking issues and ensures services appear correctly in reports and check-ins.
