My Schedule Overview

Overview

The My Schedule module allows you to view your personal volunteer assignments in one place.

It provides a quick list of your upcoming serving dates and responsibilities.

What You Can Do

Within this module you can:

  • See your upcoming volunteer positions
  • View service dates and times
  • Quickly confirm your availability
  • Request a substitute if you are unable to serve
  • Add blackout dates so you are not scheduled in the future

How It Works

Your schedule is automatically created by church administrators using the Volunteer Scheduling system.
Any assignments made for you will appear here.

If changes are made to the schedule, your list will update accordingly.

Blackout Dates

Blackout dates allow you to mark days when you are unavailable to serve (for example: vacations, work travel, or personal time).

When a blackout date is added, the scheduling system will avoid placing you on future schedules for those days.

Adding a Blackout Date

  1. Open the My Schedule module
  2. Tap the Blackout Dates or Availability option
  3. Select the date (or date range) you will be unavailable
  4. Save your changes

Church administrators will automatically see your availability when creating future schedules.

Note: Blackout dates prevent future assignments.
They do not automatically remove you from assignments that already exist.
If you are already scheduled, you should request a substitute.

Important Notes

  • Only your own assignments are visible in My Schedule.
  • To view the full volunteer schedule, use the Volunteer Schedule module (if enabled).
  • Confirmations and substitute requests are sent to the schedule administrators.
  • Blackout dates are respected when new schedules are generated.
