Children Privacy Controls
Note This feature allows parents to control whether their children can log into ChurchNET and to review their messaging activity.
Overview
By default, children cannot log into ChurchNET.
A parent or guardian must explicitly allow access.
When enabled, you remain the supervising account and retain visibility into your child’s activity.
Allow a Child to Log In
Follow these steps inside the ChurchNET mobile app:
- Open the Directory module.
- Tap your own name (the parent/guardian account).
- Tap the pencil icon in the app bar to enter edit mode.
- Find your child in the family list.
- Tap the pencil icon next to your child’s name.
- Add either:
- a phone number, or
- an email address
- Enable Allow Login.
- Tap the checkmark to save.
Once saved, your child will be able to sign into ChurchNET using the information you provided.

- Tap the family icon in the top app bar.
- Select your child.
You will enter a read-only view of your child’s messages.

You cannot send messages on behalf of your child.
Important Notes
