Guest List

The guest list is the main dashboard for Guest Management. It provides an at-a-glance view of all guests and quick access to filtering, searching, and metrics.


Dashboard Metrics

At the top of the guest list, a metrics bar displays key counts:

  • Mine — Guests assigned to you
  • New — Guests with no assignment yet
  • Assigned — Guests that have been assigned to a team member
  • Total — Total number of guest records

These counts update in real time as statuses change.


Searching Guests

Use the search bar at the top of the list to find a guest by name. The list filters as you type, showing only guests whose name matches your search text.


Filtering by Status

Below the search bar, status filter chips allow you to view guests by their current status:

  • All — Show every guest regardless of status
  • New — Only guests that have not been assigned
  • Assigned — Only guests that have been assigned to someone
  • Contacted — Only guests that have been contacted
  • Connected — Only guests marked as connected
  • Closed — Only guests that have been closed

Tap a filter chip to apply it. The active filter is highlighted.


Show Mine Only

The Show Mine Only toggle filters the list to display only guests assigned to you. This is helpful when you want to focus on your personal follow-up queue without seeing the full list.


Viewing a Guest

Tap any guest in the list to open their detail view. From there you can see their full profile, visit history, contact log, and take follow-up actions.
